The Minister of Endowments meets the Mufti of the Comoros
Dr. Osama Al-Azhari – Minister of Endowments, met with Sheikh Abu Bakr Abdullah Jamal – Mufti of the Comoros, member of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy, on the sidelines of the activities of the International Fatwa Conference.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance religious cooperation between the two countries, and exchange experiences in the fields of fatwas and religious awareness, in a way that contributes to supporting moderate Islamic values and spreading moderate thought.
He stressed During the meeting, the Minister emphasized the importance of the role played by religious institutions in serving communities, and enhancing communication between jurists in various countries, in a way that enhances unity and understanding among Islamic peoples.
