Dubai, July 23 / WAM / The Real Estate Development Company “Arad” started the construction of the “Armani Beach Reserves” housing complex in Palm Jumeirah by contracting with the Chinese railway group limited at a cost of 678 million dirhams, where the project is scheduled to be completely delivered by the end of 2027.

The implementation of “Armani Beach Reserves” is part of a fruitful partnership between “Arad” and Armani International Studio/Kaza International Interior Design and the well -known Japanese designer of Pretzker Tado Ando, and the project features panoramic views of the Persian Gulf and includes 57 luxury houses that extend over an area of 90,000 square feet.

It is noteworthy that the “Armani Beach Reserves” project in Jumeirah Palm had won after its launch in 2024 the “Best Brands of Commerce” awards during the annual “Best of the Best” award, which is held by the Rob Report Magazine known for luxury lifestyles, and also won the “Best Project on the Maritime Facade for the year” during the 2024 real estate pioneering award ceremony.
