A meeting of the Organizational Structures Committee of the Sharjah Government
Sharjah, July 24 / WAM / The Organizational Structures Committee of the Sharjah Government held a meeting, chaired by His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al -Zaabi, Member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, Chairman of the Human Resources Department, Chairman of the Committee, in the presence of the committee members, to discuss a number of topics on the agenda, foremost of which is the approval of the organizational structures for a number of government agencies in the emirate.
During the meeting, in the presence of His Excellency Salah Salem Al -Mahmoud, the Director General of the Documentation House in the Emirate of Sharjah, the committee reviewed the organizational structure of the Documentation House, where the tasks and general specializations were discussed, and the mechanisms for distributing them to departments and departments, in a way that enhances the efficiency of performance, and achieves the institutional goals of the house, within the framework of seeking to raise the level of government services and develop the institutional work system.
The Committee also discussed the organizational structure of the Sharjah Foundation for the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, in the presence of His Excellency Sultan Matar bin Dalmouk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, and His Excellency Omar Ali Al Shamsi, Director of the Foundation, where the proposal of the new organizational structure was reviewed, in a way that contributes to promoting institutional performance, and establishes integration between the various organizational units, in line with the competencies of the Foundation and its message in the service of the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Asma Rashid bin Tala’i, Secretary -General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, His Excellency Khaled Jassim Al -Midfa, Chairman of the Commercial and Tourism Development Authority, His Excellency Walid Ibrahim Al -Sayegh, Director General of the Central Finance Department, His Excellency Dr. Issa Saif bin Handal, Director of the Legal Department of the Sharjah Government, and His Excellency Majid Hamad Al -Marri, Director of the Human Resources Department.
The Organizational Structures Committee continues its efforts to develop organizational structures in government agencies in the emirate, by adopting global best practices, and following a comprehensive institutional methodology in assessing organizational proposals, in a way that supports the efficiency of government agencies, and enhances their ability to achieve their goals in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development.
