A final ruling in favor of the Daraya Rit Fund to pay a real estate rent in Kuwait

Draya Finance Company, as director of the Draeh Ret Fund, has announced a notice from the Fund’s lawyer in the State of Kuwait, stating that a final judicial ruling was issued by the Court of Appeal in the State of Kuwait. 13,759,116 riyals for the fund representing non -collected rental payments related to the property of a tower in Riyadh.
