The Supreme Committee for Humanitarian Brotherhood continues to provide smart tablets for school students in Indonesia

Jakarta on July 29/ WAM/ The Supreme Committee for Humanitarian Brotherhood, in cooperation with the Yaiasan Charitable Foundation, and sponsored by the Indonesia Exchange (IDX), distributed to the second day 100 educational tablets supported by artificial intelligence to students of a number of schools sponsored by the Foundation in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta.

His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Khaled Al -Ghaith, Secretary -General of the Supreme Humanitarian Brotherhood Committee, said that this initiative comes within the global strategy of the committee, to enhance the moral use of technology in education, and reflects the values and principles included in the Abu Dhabi Document of Humanitarian Brotherhood.

He explained that these joint efforts made by the committee in partnership with a number of institutions in Indonesia support the fourth goal of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, which calls for ensuring good, fair and comprehensive education and enhancing lifelong learning opportunities for all, noting that the initiative, through its focus on societies with need, highlights the committee’s firm belief that education is a basic human right, and the basis for achieving peace, tolerance and sustainable development.

These smart devices include the DOOLET Aman application and the application of the Indonesia Exchange (IDX), which was developed by the Yaiasan Charitable Foundation, which are two interactive educational platforms aimed at providing students with safe digital learning tools and practical education in the financial markets, and students will get training in financial culture by the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which enables them to acquire culture and knowledge in dealing with the modern financial environment, To enter into successful academic and professional paths in the future.

Jeffrey Hendrick, Director of Business Development on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, said that the Supreme Committee for Humanitarian Brotherhood, in cooperation with the Yaiasan Charitable Foundation, is a reflection of the common belief that young people can by modern and developed technology means access to learning, and to understand the financial basics early in their ages and contribute to building a brighter future for them and their homelands.

For her part, Tania Nordina, Director of Marketing at Yaiasan, said that this initiative enables male and female students to bridge digital disparity gaps, explaining that investment in education is an investment in coexistence and a common future.
