For the fifth consecutive day .. The UAE continues to download aid to the relief of Gaza residents

For the fifth consecutive day, the UAE continued to carry out the air landing operations for humanitarian aid over the Gaza Strip, in coordination with the sisterly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as part of the “Birds of Good Birds” process, aimed at delivering urgent relief support to the affected areas that are difficult to reach by land.

Today witnessed the implementation of the 58th air landing process, within the “Al -Faris 3” operation, which confirms the UAE’s steadfast commitment to support the Palestinian brothers, and to alleviate the difficult humanitarian conditions in the sector, in light of the continuous security challenges.

Thus, the total aid that has been landed since the initiative has increased to more than 3787 tons of food and relief, through 197 aircraft, reflecting the continuity of the Emirati human effort to reach the most affected groups.

In conjunction with this, today 41 Emirati aid trucks entered the Gaza Strip across various land crossings, including 12 trucks loaded with medical materials provided to the World Health Organization, and trucks loaded with basic foodstuffs, in the context of enhancing the integrated humanitarian response and supporting the health and food sectors in Gaza.

The UAE continues to provide urgent support and work with regional and international partners, to ensure that aid has reached its beneficiaries, embodying its firm humanitarian approach and its pioneering role in supporting the affected peoples around the world.
