A defenseless people through the tools of siege and slow death under false and misleading names run by the Israeli occupation with direct support from the American administration and with a defective international silence. And that this policy based on starving civilians and depriving them of the basics of life is only another aspect of war crimes committed in cold blood under American political cover and immunity. The Israeli right government denying the existence of famine is nothing but a cheap escape forward and an expression of a racist doctrine that does not see in the Palestinians a human who deserves life. The moment is a moral and legal complicity that reflects the collapse of the international system in protecting peoples under occupation. Legal and binding in accordance with the rules of international humanitarian law and the Charter of the United Nations.
