And the Emirates Today monitored in a field tour, the experiences of a number of citizens working in major commercial centers in Dubai, in the departments of customer service and receiving visitors, where they said that the work of the citizen in the private sector is no longer a temporary option or an alternative to the government sector, but rather a strategic option that enables the citizen to engage in the labor market with confidence, refine his skills, develop himself, and open new horizons in the world of entrepreneurship.
They expressed their pride in belonging to this system, stressing that the service of the homeland is not limited to a specific functional site, but is achieved through sincerity and diligence in any field, whether in the private or government sector.

Advantages
Khadija Mubarak Bilal, who has been working in the field of customer service in a commercial center in Dubai three years ago, said that work in the private sector is a gateway to ambition and leadership, noting that it has moved between a number of private companies, and gained from each of them qualitative experiences that helped her to enhance her self -confidence and understand market mechanisms.
She emphasized that work in the private sector has many advantages for citizens, the most prominent of which are incentives, flexibility in times of working hours, and rapid gradual tasks, noting that it preferred this sector over the government, given the opportunities it provides for professional growth and self -development, especially in light of the continuous support of leadership, which makes the citizen a major axis in every field.

Independence
Manal Meshaal said that working in the private sector has earned her skills that she had not previously possessed, whether in dealing with various nationalities or in developing communication and organization skills.
She added that her experience in the private sector and customer service made her more independent and self -dependent on self, as she opened doors to learn about various cultures and methods of work, and although she received offers to work in the government sector, she chose to continue in the “private”, because she was convinced that it is no less important, but may be more beneficial in terms of development, diversity and flexibility.

Hamda Salah Al -Noubi praised the great role played by the “Nafs” program in supporting citizens, and enabling them to join the private labor market quickly and efficiently, stressing that “Enfield” changed the equation in the private labor market, in terms of supporting and encouraging citizens to work with it.

Sultan Saeed Al -Rawahi, who has been working in the private sector for two years, stressed that there is a positive change in society’s view of citizens working in this sector, explaining that many express their pride when they see a citizen who provides service efficiently and smile. He added that the private sector helped him to develop its skills quickly, and to move between more than one specialty, which earned him high professional flexibility, and also believes that the role of the citizen is not limited to a specific party, but rather lies in loyalty to the homeland, and diligence in any work site.

Leadership positions
Saeed Mohamed Salem, a flight engineer who has been working in a private company for six years, said that the private sector can lead the citizen to leadership positions within a short time, if he is serious about developing himself.
He pointed out that the great support from the wise leadership of national competencies helped him in professional advancement quickly, as he received training and development opportunities that have strengthened his technical and administrative capabilities, and believes that effort and perseverance make the difference, regardless of the nature of the sector.

Mansour Issa described his experience in the private sector as “rich” at the professional and human levels, during which he acquired real skills that he would not have learned in a traditional environment.
He added that work in the private sector is aware of commitment, discipline and responsibility, stressing that the job title is not the most important, but rather the value that a person adds through his work, sending a message to young people, saying: “The service of the state is not related to a specific party, but by yourself and your performance.”

Nabil Musleh Al -Mansouri, who works in customer service, said that the presence of the citizen in the front rows of customer service and visitors to commercial centers is comfortable in the hearts of visitors, as they feel confident and quality.
He explained that many customers express their happiness when they see him, saying: “The country was sure to serve us excellent.” He pointed out that the experience in the private sector was fast and full of lessons, and has provided him with several advantages, including incentives and training opportunities.

Various school
Mohamed Al -Shaibani, who has been working in the retail sector for three years, said that working in this field has earned him accumulated experiences in communication, understanding customer behavior, and dealing with differences of cultures and nationalities.
He added that he feels proud to be part of a system that serves people directly, and benefits from it personally, as he pointed out that the private sector gave him flexibility that helps him to practice his hobbies, such as sports, and that the work environment is understanding, and supports the balance between work and life.


A qualitative leap in employing citizens in the private sector

The numbers of citizens working in the private sector continue to increase significantly, bypassing 152 thousand employees working for more than 29 thousand companies at the state level, at the end of last June, and this accelerating growth reflects the effectiveness of Emiratization programs, led by “competitors”, as it succeeded in consolidating the presence of Emirati cadres within the competitive work environments, and supported the youth’s direction towards taking various professional experiences in unconventional sectors.
Performance indicators confirm that the private sector has become more absorbed by Emirati talents, in light of the growing awareness of companies in their role in supporting national resettlement policies, as government incentives and the development of the business environment contributed to accelerating the pace of employment and attracting new companies, which enhances the sustainability and flexibility of the labor market.
Today, citizens occupy advanced sites in vital sectors, such as financial services, industries, construction, and trade, and they undertake administrative and specialized tasks, and with the continued application of targets of the second half of the year, and according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, it is expected to register additional achievements, by the end of this year, enhances the presence of citizens, by achieving 1% growth in localization of skill jobs for companies that have 50 employees who work with them And more, in addition to the settlement targets in companies specified in 14 economic activities that have an appropriate work environment, which it works from 20 to 49 workers.
