Iraq announces the resumption of oil export through the Turkish port of Jihan within two days

Baghdad, August 6/ WAM/ Iraq announced today the resumption of exporting oil through the Turkish port of Jihan within two days.
Iraqi Oil Minister Hayyan Abdul -Ghani said in a press conference held in the city of Kirkuk in northern Iraq that “the production of oil fields of Kurdistan region, which is still working, has reached 130 thousand barrels per day, of which 50 thousand barrels for local consumption,” stressing that “it was agreed with the Kurdistan Regional Government to receive the remaining amount of 80 thousand barrels per day, which will be collected and exported through the Turkish port of Jihan.”
