Washington raises the reward for the arrest of Venezuela, to $ 50 million

American Justice Minister Bam Bondi said yesterday that the United States is offering a reward of $ 50 million for those who provide information leading to the arrest of Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro.

In a video on the X platform, Bondi Maduro was accused of cooperation with organized crime gangs.

The United States has previously offered a reward of $ 25 million to those who provide information related to Maduro, according to the US State Department.

For its part, Caracas denounced Washington’s decision, considering this decision “pity” and “ridiculous”.

“This is this + the bonus + that is compassionate (…) is the most ridiculous smoke we saw at all,” said Venezuelan Foreign Minister Ivan Khail in a statement.
