The National Human Rights Authority enhances the awareness of my employees "management" With auxiliary labor rights
Abu Dhabi, August 18 / WAM / The National Authority for Human Rights, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, organized the sixth awareness workshop for employees of the recruitment of auxiliary workers “Tadbar” at the Ministry’s headquarters in Al Ain.
The workshop was presented by Fatima Al -Hosani, head of the awareness and education department in the authority, and reviewed the role of the authority and its competencies, with a highlight of the rights of workers in the UAE and the responsibilities of employers in its protection.
The workshop witnessed a remarkable interaction from the audience, as it included multiple discussions and inquiries in the context of enhancing the awareness of “management” employees in their role in providing a fair work environment that respects human dignity.
This workshop comes within a series of awareness workshops and programs implemented by the National Human Rights Authority to enhance the knowledge of the rights of auxiliary employment among workers in the “management” centers in the various emirates of the country.
