Establishing a resettlement center for construction of citizens ’homes in Al -Manara

Dubai Municipality and Dubai Courts signed a cooperation agreement to establish a “House of Citizen House Construction Settlement Center”, at the Al -Manara Center of the municipality.

The agreement aims to enhance the efficiency of the legal and regulatory structure related to housing projects for citizens in the Emirate of Dubai, and to provide integrated government services that contribute to improving the quality of citizens ’life and meeting their requirements quickly and efficiently.

The agreement aims to achieve integration between the Dubai Municipality and the Dubai Courts by providing an advanced organizational structure, to follow up on housing disputes, which reflects the commitment of government agencies to provide integrated services that enhance customer satisfaction and guarantee their rights.

The center will enhance the settlement of disputes arising from the implementation of the construction contracts of citizens ’homes between the relevant parties of the stakeholders, in a manner that provides a legal environment in support of the elements of family and social stability for citizens, upgrading the quality of life, and ensuring the sustainability of building projects for citizens in cooperation with the concerned authorities.

The Director General of Dubai Municipality, Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, said that this cooperation with the Dubai courts is a pivotal step towards strengthening the system of housing projects in Dubai, and ensuring its sustainability with the regulation of the legal relationship between citizens, contractors and consultants in order to achieve the highest standards of rest and family stability, indicating that this cooperation embodies the commitment of Dubai Municipality to achieve the vision of the rational leadership in providing a decent and easy life for citizens, and reflects The municipality is keen to enhance institutional integration with various bodies, to provide integrated services that enhance the quality of life and support sustainable development.

The Director of Dubai Courts, Dr. Saif Ghanem Al -Suwaidi, said that the establishment of a resettlement center for construction houses is a qualitative shift in the development of legal services related to housing projects, and reflects the keenness of Dubai courts to enhance judicial efficiency, and to provide innovative solutions that achieve justice in flexible and fast methods, in line with the Dubai courts ’vision in achieving leadership and judicial justice for a global city.

He added that the center, in cooperation with the Dubai Municipality, will contribute to providing an integrated environment to settle disputes between the parties in a manner that reduces the time of litigation, reduces the burdens on the courts, and speeds up access to fair solutions that take into account the interests of all concerned through a service system that places the customer at the core of its priorities, pointing out that through this agreement we establish the principle of institutional integration between government agencies, and we work to rise With the level of citizens ’satisfaction, and to provide a model to be followed in institutional cooperation, to achieve the interest of society within a framework that reflects the commitment of Dubai courts to continue development and innovation in providing high -quality, high -quality and sustainable services.

Dubai Municipality will provide technical and logistical support to the center in a way that guarantees the efficiency of providing services to citizens with the highest quality standards and supporting the courts in providing its services to settle disputes building the homes of citizens in the Al -Manara Center, in addition to providing technical expertise by involving its engineering cadres to support the judicial services provided by the courts, which enhances its targets, and reduces the period of judicial disputes.

Besides, Dubai courts will work to establish the center in accordance with the highest judicial and administrative standards, and to ensure the provision of effective and rapid legal services, to settle disputes between the parties and commit to providing innovative solutions, supporting housing projects, and enhancing citizens’ satisfaction.
