The UAE condemns the Israeli military settlement and escalation in Gaza

The UAE has expressed its strong condemnation and condemnation of the new Israeli settlement plan in the occupied West Bank, and to proceed with the implementation of extensive military operations in the Gaza Strip.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that these practices represent severe violations of international law and the relevant international legitimacy decisions, and a serious undermining of regional and international efforts aimed at achieving a fair and comprehensive peace and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, warning against the catastrophic repercussions of the continuation of the aggression and the consequent escalation of human suffering and the threat of the security and stability of the region.

The UAE has renewed its demand for an immediate cessation of settlement and military operations, and also called on the international community to assume its responsibilities in stopping these violations, and working to launch a serious political path that leads to a fair, comprehensive and permanent peace, based on international legitimacy decisions.
