Khalifa bin Mohammed bin Khalid congratulates the UAE champions for the modern five -year
Alexandria, August 24 / WAM / His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Mohammed bin Khaled Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Alexandria University – Abu Dhabi praised the great efforts made by the UAE national team players for the modern five -year -old, and the international sporting experiences they gained in this early age.
His Excellency confirmed that they won the bronze medal in the first Arab championship of the modern five -year -old, which was hosted by the Arab Republic of Egypt during the current August, reflects the spirit of solid will and sincere determination and establishes a bright and promising future.
His Excellency urged the players to continue superiority and raise the banner of the Emirates in the upcoming sports forums, stressing that sport represents an authentic pillar in strengthening the national identity and making a generation capable of achieving the honorable achievements of the country.
The praise came during the meeting of His Excellency the heroic players who represented the national team in the championship: Salem Tamim Al -Ketbi, Salem Musabeh, Hamid Saeed, and Zaab Omar, under the supervision of their coach Mohamed Qassem, where they were able to register a new achievement added to the balance of Emirati sport in the early Sunni groups.
The meeting took place in Alexandria on the sidelines of the academic visit by the Emirati delegation to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University of Alexandria, to follow up the final preparations for the start of the study at the edifice of the new Alexandria University in Abu Dhabi at the beginning of the academic year 2025 – 2026.
