Mohammed bin Rashid issues the Dubai Judicial Experience Center Law

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Governor of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, said in a post via the X platform: “The vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum We continue to develop the Dubai Judicial System and provide them with expertise and specialized cadres to keep pace with developments.”

His Highness explained: «The establishment of the Dubai Judicial Center represents a qualitative addition to enhance the justice system in Dubai, and to develop work mechanisms in the field of expertise to support judicial authorities with qualified experts from inside and outside the country according to unified standards for their delegation and supervision and evaluate their performance and develop through it the quality and efficiency of experience reports.

His Highness concluded by saying: “Through the Dubai Judicial Experience Center, we will consolidate the accuracy of rulings and the speed of dismissal in cases, and we will build specialized national cadres and we will continue to consolidate confidence in the Dubai district, to remain the best destination for living, work and investment.”
