Mohammed bin Rashid issues the Dubai Judicial Experience Center Law

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister, may God bless him, in his capacity as ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, issued a law to establish the “Dubai Judicial Experience Center” as a public institution attached to the Judicial Council in the Emirate of Dubai, enjoying the legal personality, with the aim of developing and organizing experience before the judicial authorities, and raising its efficiency in line with the best international practices.

The establishment of the center aims to support the judicial authorities in Dubai with qualified experts from inside and outside the country, developing the quality and efficiency of expertise reports, in a way that contributes to the accuracy of judgments and the speed of dismissal in cases, and the construction of national cadres specialized in the areas of experience, in addition to setting unified standards and procedures for experts and supervising them and evaluating their performance, and holding local and international partnerships to exchange knowledge and experiences, in order to enhance confidence The litigants of the work of experience before the judicial authorities.

His Highness added: «The establishment of the Dubai Judicial Experience Center represents a qualitative addition to enhance the justice system in the emirate … This center will be a reliable platform to provide high -quality technical expertise, and a basic pillar in improving the efficiency of the judicial system and accelerating litigation procedures, in order to ensure the protection of rights and the consolidation of the principles of transparency and integrity.

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said in a post on the X platform yesterday: “With the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, we continue to develop the Dubai judicial system and provide them with expertise and specialized cadres to keep pace with developments.”

His Highness added: “The establishment of the Dubai Judicial Center represents a qualitative addition to enhance the justice system in Dubai, and to develop work mechanisms in the field of experience to support judicial authorities with qualified experts from inside and outside the country, according to unified standards for their delegation, supervision and evaluation of their performance, and we will develop through it the quality and efficiency of experience reports.”

For his part, the Director of Dubai Courts, Prof. Dr. Saif Ghanem Al -Suwaidi, stressed that the new law will enable the unification of procedures and the development of work mechanisms in the field of experience, indicating that the center will enhance the quality of technical reports, by attracting a group of distinguished experts, and applying advanced technical systems for electronic linking with judicial authorities and experts, in addition to investing in training and qualifying national cadres capable of meeting the needs of justice with efficiency Professionalism, stressing that the establishment of the center is an important step to enhance the quality of judicial work in the emirate, in order to support the completed justice.
