Her Highness confirmed in an interview with the Emirates News Agency “WAM” that the coincidence of this national occasion with the “Year of Society” highlights the strategic position of the family and women in supporting the main axes of this national initiative, and reflects the vision of the rational leadership in consolidating the system of societal values ​​and promoting national cohesion.

She said that the march of empowering Emirati women is a leading development model, which is an integrated national success story whose chapters continue year after year, as it witnessed a qualitative and exceptional development that was based on a wise vision that was established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “may God rest his soul”, who believed that women are a key partner in the development and progress of the country, and the wise leadership continued this blessed approach, so it provided the woman to the environment supporting and participating Complete in various sectors.

She pointed out that the qualitative achievements of Emirati women is the fruit of a long -term strategic vision, and systematic national efforts, which believe that empowering women is an investment in sustaining development, and that their pivotal role enhances the building of a productive, coherent, and global competitor.

She emphasized that the UAE abounds in all the elements of building a strong and prosperous society, as the values ​​of tolerance, coexistence, respect and loyalty are firmly established throughout a homeland that boasts of happiness and positivity, and it spares no effort to enable its youth and push them to achieve and excellence, and at the same time has a unique experience to empower women, and gives them opportunities for achievement, while providing innovative programs for early childhood and full and sustainable care for senior citizens.

Her Highness stated that women have the ability to carry out the positive influence in the UAE society in a way that keeps pace with the goals and axes of “the general community”, as women can play an important role in supporting community service initiatives, volunteering, consolidating a culture of shared responsibility and advancing collective progress, developing the skills of emerging generations and talent care, which are all basic axes in the “year of society”.

She explained that the interest in supporting and empowering women is always a firm approach in the UAE, and we are moving forward in implementing the national policy of empowering women in the UAE 2023-2031, which was launched in 2023 under the slogan “We share tomorrow”, and includes important major orientations that include building their coherent and supportive families to enhance the role of women in society, and integrate women in the labor market and future sectors in a balanced way that takes into account Her roles and needs, develop capacity and enhance future skills of women.

Her Highness said that the family is the most important axis in the “year of society”, as the family constitutes the support of development and progress, and it is the school in which children and future leaders learn the lofty values, those values ​​that constitute a starting point for achieving the leading successes and achievements, and that these family values ​​remain firmly not subject to change, no matter how the surrounding environment changes and whatever we witnessed from the development and technological progress in the future.
