"Empore" 23 thousand certificates of non -reluctance are issued during the first half
Dubai, on August 26/ WAM/ The Emirates Central Ref Tarker Corporation “Embower” announced today that it has adopted 23,339 requests to serve non -reluctance certificates during the first half of 2025, an increase of 18.7% compared to the same period last year.
The issuance of non -reluctance certificates is a service directed to consultants, contractors and real estate developers, according to which they obtain the approval of the institution before the start of development or construction work related to cooling services.
His Excellency Ahmed bin Shafar, CEO of “Embower”, said that the service of non -reluctance certificates is an example of “Embower” services, which are in line with the principles of sustainable development and the goals of climate neutrality of the UAE, and the growing demand for the services of the institution reflects its firm commitment to enhancing the sustainable infrastructure of the Emirate of Dubai and providing a set of smart services that contribute to raising energy efficiency and reducing the carbon fingerprint And upgrading the quality of the emirate’s residents and all its customers, which numbered about 148 thousand during the first half of this year.
