Al -Baraka Islamic Bank organizes the “Age project” workshop for employees’ children

Al -Baraka Islamic Bank, Bahrain, one of the leading Islamic banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in cooperation with the “Injaz Bahrain” Foundation recently organized an advanced educational and training program for its employees entitled “The Life Project” workshop. This initiative came within the framework of the firm commitment of Al -Baraka Bank to support education and empower future generations, and to enhance the interdependence between the family, society and work.
A number of bank employees between the ages of 9 and 15 participated in the program, where they had an interactive educational experience that helped them develop their personal skills, and expand their perceptions in the fields of financial culture, creative thinking and leadership. The program included various practical activities, which included the basic concepts of entrepreneurship through interactive workshops and enjoyable challenges designed specifically for the participating age group, which created a stimulating educational environment that combines pleasure and benefit.
In addition to the interactive workshops, the program included an introductory tour that included a number of bank departments, through which the participants had the opportunity to closely view the nature of the banking work and mechanisms for providing financial services, in addition to the role of the banking sector in supporting the national economy.
On this occasion, Her Highness Sheikha Hessa Bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bahrain’s achievement, said:
