Abu Dhabi Hunting and Equestrians is an authentic Emirati message to the world

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, visited yesterday the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition 2025, which is held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC), where His Highness inspected a number of exhibition pavilions, and reviewed the latest exhibits and initiatives that he provides in its 22 edition that is the largest and largest in Its history, which reflects its position as one of the most prominent heritage and cultural events at the level of the region and the world.
His Highness also briefed, during his tour of the exhibition, whose activities continue until September 7, the most prominent local and international participations in the fishing and equestrian industries, which display the latest developments and modern technologies used in this sector, and His Highness also met a number of participants and learned about the most important national initiatives and projects and cultural and heritage events accompanying the exhibition.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum expressed his great appreciation for the organizational efforts that contributed to the direction of this event in the honorable image that befits the reputation of the Emirates and its leadership at the level of international events. His Highness said: “The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Fair represents more than just a cultural or sports event, it is an authentic Emirati message to the world, that we are a nation that knows how to preserve its heritage and inherit for future generations in a modern spirit that preserves our identity and highlights our values, that what we have seen today of offers and creations, whether from our national teams and companies or from regional and international participations, confirms that the UAE has succeeded in being a global center for equestrianism And sustainable fishing, and a major destination for everyone who searches for originality mixed with innovation.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum added: “We are proud that this exhibition reflects the legacy of our fathers and grandparents in horsemanship and hunting, and at the same time translates the UAE’s commitment to protecting the environment and innate life, in line with the vision of the rational leadership in sustainability and preservation of natural resources, and this is a responsibility that we consider honesty in our necks towards future generations. During a tour of the exhibition, His Highness, accompanied by the Managing Director and CEO of ADNEC Hamid Matar Al Dhaheri, stopped at the “Krakhal” wing of the “Edge” group, where His Highness briefed on the latest innovations of the company in the field of light weapons and ammunition. His Highness also visited the “Al -Ghadeer” wing of the Red Crescent Authority, where His Highness was known for his heritage products that are manufactured from local materials, which reflects the revival of the heritage of the Emirates and the introduction of new generations to the authentic country’s heritage.
His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai also watched a presentation of the “Al -Muqnas” team, which reflected an exceptional skill and a profound understanding of the authentic fishing and equestrian arts, through a neighborhood representation of the scenes of a falconry journey, which includes a scenario of daily positions between falconry, and the terminated terms between them in the hawks, taming and dealing with them.
The exhibition extends over an area of approximately 92 thousand square meters, and has the participation of many brands from 68 countries, in the largest global gathering that combines the passion of hunting, equestrian and heritage, in a contemporary framework that reflects the spirit of innovation and openness.
The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Show, organized by the Ednik Group in cooperation with the Emirates Falcon Club, celebrates the ancient heritage of the UAE and its established habits in hunting and equestrian, where the largest event in the Middle East and North Africa levels, and embodies a history that extends for more than two decades of cultural heritage and authentic traditions.
The exhibition is also a global platform that combines heritage lovers and fans of authentic sports from all over the world, as well as highlighting the UAE’s efforts to protect the environment, organizing sustainable fishing, and preserving the cultural and humanitarian heritage associated with equestrian and falconry.
