Archive and the National Library reviews the story of the leadership and world leadership

Abu Dhabi, August 31 / WAM / Archives and the National Library, within its cultural season 2025, a symposium entitled “The UAE World in the Modern era” confirmed that the UAE’s march is a success story that depends on the visions of its wise leadership in various fields and it continues its development, which made it achieve advanced centers on global indicators until it became the focus of admiration, appreciation and global attraction.

Dr. Muhammad Al -Qudsi, Media Adviser, Dr. Wadima Al Dhaheri, Assistant Professor at Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities, and researcher Maryam Al -Junaibi from the Trendz Center for Research and Consulting, was attended by the symposium, the skilled Al -Ahbabi from the archive and the National Library.

The symposium was started by Dr. Muhammad Al -Qudsi with the strategic vision of the founder and al -Bani, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, which began with man and ended with man as the greatest investment for the state, indicating that this wise vision was based on three points, the first of which is the construction of the newer Abu Dhabi, which is what the development and prosperity reached today, and the second is the unification of the seven Emirates, which is achieved in the second of December 1971 AD, and the third of which was the gathering of brotherhood in the Arab Gulf states, and this was achieved by announcing the establishment of the Gulf Cooperation Council on May 25, 1981.

Al -Qudsi pointed to the interest of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, in the environment, resettle the Bedouins, and establish cities and villages in which all facilities of life are available, stressing that what the UAE has reached is a bright proof of its modernity and development in various fields from the economy to tourism, technology and innovation, and it continues its endeavors to achieve the vision of “We Emirates 2031” that aims to enhance its position as a leading global destination It seeks to achieve global excellence in multiple areas through ambitious strategies, and it depends on a varied economy away from oil, and it is an ideal investment destination that attracts millions of tourists annually, and launches initiatives to stimulate innovation and invest in the space sector.

Regarding its orientation towards the world, the lecturer focused on the steps that were implemented locally and globally, such as cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence, energy generation, infrastructure development, and space exploration.

Dr. Wadima Al -Dhaheri emphasized that the UAE starts in its world from the role played by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, then from the human element in the state, and this is the secret of the UAE’s start towards its world, including its buildings and future cities, and what the education sector, health system, economic diversity … and others reached.

Al -Dhahiri reviewed the stages of life that the people of the Emirates lived, and focused on the importance of the geographical location of the Emirates as a link between East and West and how it exchanged with it the trade of silk, incense and others, then turning it into diving on pearls and relying on it, and Abu Dhabi’s prosperity at that stage, including one of the most famous sides, and then the dependence on oil and its export.

She drew attention to the attention of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, and his brothers, founding in achieving development, realizing that this requires the unification of the Emirates and the investment of oil revenues in developing infrastructure.

She pointed to the emergence of the developed cities that accompanied the civilized transformation until the United Arab Emirates became a regional force that relies on the resources of other than oil in most of its economic activity, and it has become the leader in the field of peaceful nuclear energy, and the projects of smart cities and sustainability, yet it maintains its identity, culture and heritage.

In her intervention, the researcher, Maryam Al -Junaibi, said that the UAE is a leading Arab model that combines originality and contemporary since the establishment of the Union in 1971, and it has been issued regional and globally in the fields of development, economy, innovation and balanced foreign policy, and it deserved the title of “Gulf Denies”.

She referred to the attractive economic renaissance that raised foreign direct investment flows and contributed to the spread of Emirati investments in about 90 countries.

The lecture touched on the systematic investment in young people as the real wealth within the centenary of the Emirates 2071, the leadership of education and scientific research through the transition to the skills of the twenty -first century, the integration of artificial intelligence and robots, and the linking of outputs to the labor market.

She emphasized that the success of the federal model, cultural movement, space achievements, the consolidation of the values ​​of tolerance and humanitarian work, and the contribution to establishing a whole global peace indicates that the Emirates march is a global Arab success story that depends on good leadership, strategic planning and investment in humans.
