Soliderri Bahrain is the first insurance company to adopt the developed electronic key system (Ekey 2.0)

Soliderri Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain and which is affiliated with the Solidrie Holding Group, has revealed its success in integrating the developed electronic key system (Ekey 2.0) in its digital channels, making it the first insurance company in the Kingdom to adopt the officially approved identity solutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This step comes in line with the company’s commitment to the digital transformation, and its compliance with the national directives issued by the Central Bank of Bahrain, the Information Authority and the e -government.

By integrating this system in the Solidrit Electronic Gate and its mobile phone application, customers can be able to use the entry entry smoothly using the developed electronic key data (EKEY 2.0), via the 3D Facial Function feature and biometric authentication service, and they can also access the database “Know your developed customer” to safely verify their data, according to the approved standards and regulations. This system allows customers safe access to their accounts, verify their data and complete insurance claims and transactions easily and more confidence.

The developed electronic key system (EKEY 2.0) is based on advanced authentication technologies, and has been developed in cooperation with Beyon Connect, one of Beyon. This system eliminates the need to use traditional passwords or separate entry data, which contributes to enriching the user experience, as it ensures access speed and enhancement of data security and reliability. According to the adoption of this system on Solidarti Digital Channels, the company emphasizes its compliance with organizational standards, and its relentless endeavor to reduce insurance procedures.
