Mohammed bin Rashid adopts housing approvals for 2971 citizens for 2.69 billion dirhams

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, approved housing approvals for 2,971 citizens of 2.69 billion dirhams.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum emphasized that the UAE, led by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, assumed the citizens ’housing file a major priority through the continuous development of the housing system, and in a way that meets the needs of citizens according to the highest quality standards, and within record times commensurate with the important role represented by the appropriate housing as one of the most prominent factors of the stability of the citizen family.

His Highness said: “The interest that the UAE attaches, led by my brother Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, for the citizens’ housing file, as a major priority, is a fixed and original interest, and stems from the important role represented by adequate housing as one of the most prominent factors of the stability of the citizen family. ”

His Highness added: “The development and follow -up of the housing system in the state is present and continuously, God willing, to ensure that the needs of citizens according to the highest quality standards, and within record times.”

In detail, the Zayed Housing Program issued 2971 housing decisions, from January to the third quarter of this year, with a total of two billion and 69 million and 200 thousand dirhams, and the decisions included 522 decisions with a honored grant from His Highness the President of the State, at a value (Grant/benefit), at a value of 19 million dirhams, and 1830 residential financing decisions worth one billion and 449 million dirhams.

It is worth noting that the number of decisions issued by the Zayed Housing Program, from July 2022, until September, reached 11,98 decisions, with a total value of approximately nine billion dirhams.
