Dubai, September 4/ WAM/ Dubai Holding Asset Management announced today the launch of the new identity “Dubai Retil”, which includes under its umbrella more than 40 prominent darks and entertainment destinations.
This step constitutes an important station within the company’s future growth and development strategy, after the integration of the “Nakheel” and “Midan” companies under the umbrella of “Dubai Holding” last year, which enhances the efficiency of operations and expands the scope of attendance, and the long -term competitiveness.
This announcement comes to confirm the presence of “Dubai Retil” as a major pillar in the retail sector in Dubai, through an integrated group of ten commercial shopping centers, 15 entertainment destinations, and 18 shopping centers distributed throughout the city, and includes more than 6,500 retail stores on a rental area exceeding 13 million square feet, and through the diversity of its destinations, providing an integrated mixture of Topping, restaurants and entertainment, enhancing Dubai’s position as a leading destination for shopping and tourism.
On this occasion, Malik Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Group for Asset Management, affirmed the contribution of Dubai Retil to develop the retail sector in the emirate, by enriching customer experiences and expanding the scope of options available to them.
