Du announces a secondary public offering of 342.08 million shares of its shares

Emirates Integrated Telecom Company, which is listed in the Dubai Financial Market, has announced the launch of a secondary public offering of about 342.08 million shares of its shares, owned by the Davirivid company Global Holding (Maamoura) of the Mubadala Investment Company.
She indicated in her disclosure today, Monday, that the price range for the subtraction has been identified between 9.0 and 9.90 dirhams per share, pointing out that the shares scheduled to be offered represent 7.54% of the total ordinary shares exported in the company’s capital, which will be offered in this secondary offering fully marketed by Al -Maamoura Company.
She explained that the seller’s shareholder maintains full consultation with the company, the right to amend the volume of the offering at any time before the end of the subscription period according to his individual estimate, with the applicable laws of the laws and for the approval of the Securities and Commodities Authority in the Emirates.
She added that the final offering price and the size of the offering will be announced after the subscription period is closed for the second segment, noting that the period of the offering for the first and second segment is between 8 to 12 September.
