"International Government Communication 2025" Tomorrow is launched from Sharjah with a global vision for the quality of life

Sharjah, September 9 / WAM / Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and with the participation of 237 speakers from all over the world, the activities of the fourteenth session of the “International Forum for Governmental Communication” organized by the Media Office of the Sharjah Government at the Expo Sharjah Center on September 10 and 1125 under the slogan “Communication for the Quality of Life”.
The forum, which witnesses the participation of a group of local and international figures, includes more than 110 activities distributed over five main axes that include: food security, public health, education, environmental sustainability and the green economy.
The forum provides a varied program through 51 discussion sessions that discuss the future of food security, public health, education, green economy and sustainability issues, along with 7 main main letters offered by international leaders and decision -makers, and the forum also provides a practical dimension through 22 practical workshops, which gives participants opportunities for direct interaction with specialists and exchange of experiences while concluding its activities by announcing the winners of the Sharjah Prize for Specialized Governmental Communication Honoring innovation and excellence in communication on a global level.
This year, the forum is held in cooperation with 30 partners from local, regional and international institutions that include government agencies, international organizations, research centers and technical and media companies that offer various programs on 22 interactive platforms designed to be open spaces for discussion and direct participation where participants from various cultures and countries can exchange experiences and visions and formulate common initiatives that promote the quality of life.
This session is organized by the forum through strategic partnerships that include both the United Arab Emirates University and the Department of Governmental Relations in the Emirate of Sharjah and the Sharjah Radio and Television Authority and the Investment Bank.
His Excellency Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, Cultural Adviser to His Highness the President of the State, President of the United Arab Emirates, said: The participation of the Emirates University in the International Forum for Government Communication in its 14th session under the slogan “Communication for the Quality of Life” by organizing the “Challenge of Universities” in its fourth edition in addition to a number of qualitative dialogue sessions to confirm our commitment to our role as a leading academic institution in supporting knowledge dialogue and enabling students from different local and international universities from Government communication tools and skills with societal issues, where the forum constitutes a strategic platform to enhance partnerships and formulate innovative visions about the future of communication and sustainability in light of the accelerated digital transformations.
For his part, Sheikh Fahim Al Qasimi, head of the Government Relations Department in the Emirate of Sharjah, said: We believe in the circle of government relations that government communication is a bridge that connects people with decision makers on the basis of participation and mutual respect, and from here comes our strategic partnership in the International Forum for Governmental Communication to embody this faith on the ground where we organize several sessions that highlight the quality of life and the future of man, and we confirm our commitment to convey the experience of Sharjah and contribution With ideas and practices that open new horizons for well -being, prosperity and sustainability.
His Excellency Mohamed Hassan Khalaf, Director General of the Sharjah Radio and Television Authority, stressed that the forum carries an exceptional dimension by offering a comprehensive vision that confirms the role of communication in improving the quality of human life, as the forum this year highlights central issues that affect the details of daily life such as food security, green economy, environmental sustainability and other important discussion axes, valuing the choice of these axes because of its deep awareness of the importance of employing communication as a tool for sustainable development And building conscious societies, noting that the outputs of this session will constitute a road map that helps governments to develop appropriate strategies.
Idris Al -Rafie, Executive Director of the Investment Bank, expressed his pride in supporting the vision of the International Forum for Government Communication that enhance dialogue, innovation and cooperation between institutions and society in the investment bank, stressing that effective communication is the basis for building confidence and achieving progress and sustainable growth.
The main axes of the 14th edition of the forum come in line with its vision that makes human communication an essential tool for building and enhancing confidence between governments and societies, innovation and technology, a major engine for developing communication tools for the future forensic and formulating policies that make the quality of life a basic pillar of decision makers from around the world.
