1.9 billion dirhams the value of real estate actions in Ajman during August
Ajman on September 10/ WAM/ The value of real estate actions in Ajman during the month of August was 1.9 billion dirhams, achieving 21 % growth compared to the same period of the year 2024, according to the statistics mentioned in the real estate report issued by the Land and Real Estate Regulation Department.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Land and Real Estate Organization Department, confirmed that the number of real estate actions during the month of August reached 1389 real estate actions, while the number of real estate trades reached 1116 trading operations with a total value of more than 1.39 billion dirhams, explaining that the “Al -Amra” area witnessed the highest value of allegiance at 100 million dirhams.
Al -Muhairi explained that the registered figures reflect the quality of the real estate sector and the diversity of investment opportunities and their suitability for the various segments of investors interested in practicing their business in the Emirate of Ajman and benefiting from their exceptional advantages and high competitiveness, noting that 214 mortgage operations were recorded last August, with a total value of more than 285 million dirhams, where the highest value of 33 million dirhams was recorded in the “Lawara 2” area.
The “Emirates City” project issues the list of the most traded major projects, ahead of both the “City Towers” and “Ajman One” projects, and “Al -Halaio 2” came at the top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al -Halio 1” and “Jasmine”.
