International Atomic Energy Agency: Agreeing with Iran to resume cooperation is an important step in the right direction

Grussia was speaking today, Wednesday, in front of the Agency Governor Council, about agreeing on practical procedures to implement the guarantees in Iran, which according to which “Iran and the agency will now resume their respectful cooperation in a respectable manner.”.
He said that the document signed “It provides a clear understanding of the inspection, notifications and implementation procedures, in line with the relevant judgments of the comprehensive guarantee agreement.”.
He explained that this matter includes all facilities and installations in Iran, and also addresses the required reporting of all the facilities that were attacked, including the nuclear materials in it.
He added: “The curricula of guarantees will be reviewed for each facility at the technical level, in line with Iran’s rights and obligations and the agency under the guarantees agreement in the context. He cautioned that there may be difficulties and issues that need to be solved. But he added: “We now know that we have the basic elements and understandings to do so.”.
Grusi expressed his hope that the resumption of the agency’s activities in Iran will be “A medical sign, reference, and an indication that the agreements and understandings are possible, and nothing eliminates dialogue if we want permanent solutions to international challenges like this.”.
The June attacks on the nuclear facilities in Iran had suspended the inspection there. The Iranian parliament earlier adopted a law to suspend cooperation with the agency.
