Tourist demand for Dubai will double in October

Data issued by Light House – OTA, which specializes in the tourism and tourism sector indicators, showed that the demand for tourism and travel to Dubai is doubled from mid -October compared to the levels of September, and it reaches the “peak” in the week that begins on the 20th of October.
The company added that it is currently monitoring a “significant increase” in the demand for Dubai, as a destination for visiting and tourism, in light of the search operations for hotel stays and flights to the emirate.
The company’s indicators, based on its global database, showed that the Emirates Today reviewed a copy, that the airline search rate increased by 50% during the first week of September, compared to the same week last July, and with a rate of about 28% to search for hotel residences during the same period.
She explained that the United Kingdom ranked first as the most prominent markets in search of flights to Dubai, followed by India and Germany in the second and third places, Italy and France in the fourth and fifth places, noting that with regard to the search for hotel residences in Dubai, India is ranked first, followed by the United Kingdom, the UAE, Germany and Russia in the fourth and fifth places.
In addition to the recreational tourism that continues to record strong rates throughout the months of the year, the frequency of entertainment tourism flow to Dubai increases in the last quarter of the year, in return, the Dubai World Trade Center is preparing for a season full of events, during the last four months of 2025, establishing Dubai’s position a leading global destination for events and business tourism.
The agenda includes more than 135 activities that include major conferences and exhibitions in many different sectors such as technology, sustainability, health care, food and drinks, energy, construction, transportation, financing and education. The upcoming leading events collection, such as the GITEX Global exhibition, the water, energy and environment technology exhibition (Witix) and the “five adult” exhibition, reflects Dubai’s ability to collect the pioneers of the various sectors, innovators, speakers, and the main actors from all over to draw the features of the future meeting sector, incentives, conferences and exhibitions.
The Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai revealed the latest statistics on the performance of the tourism sector and the number of international visitors, as the emirate’s success in attracting 11.17 million international tourists showed during the first seven months of this year, compared to 10.62 million tourists in the same period last year, with a growth of about 5%.
