The President of the State issued a federal decree to reshape the Board of Trustees of the “Zayed Humanitarian Foundation”

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, issued a federal decree on the restructuring of the Board of Trustees of the “Zayed Humanitarian Foundation”, headed by His Highness Sheikh Dhiab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidency Bureau for Development Affairs and Families of Martyrs, Chairman of the International Humanitarian Affairs, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Heritage of Zayed Human Foundation.

Decree No. (116) of 2025 stipulates that the Foundation’s Board of Trustees include Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of State, Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Head of the Founder’s Office, Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Head of the President of the State for Strategic Affairs and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, Shama Bint Suhail Al Mazrouei, Minister of Community empowerment, His Highness the Ruler of Fujairah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fujairah Charitable Society, Rashid Saeed Al -Amiri, Advisor to the Office of the President of the State for Strategic Affairs, Dr. Tariq Ahmed Al -Amri, Director of the Office of Development Affairs at the Presidential Bureau, President of the Emirates Agency for International Aid, and Saeed Rashid Al -Zaabi, Advisor to the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Bureau for Development Affairs and the families of the martyrs.

It is noteworthy that the Zayed Humanitarian Foundation, which has the patronage of His Highness the President of the State, was established in accordance with Decree No. (126) of 2024, while the Foundation follows the head of the Presidency Bureau, and enjoys an independent legal person

The Foundation shall supervise a number of bodies and institutions, follow up on achieving its goals and carrying out the specializations entrusted to it, and includes the Zayed bin Sultan Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works, the Khalifa bin Zayed Foundation for Humanitarian Work, the Mohammed bin Zayed Foundation for the Human Impact, the Emirates Foundation, the Mohammed bin Zayed International Fund for Types Protection and Enrichment To combat infectious diseases, the Zayed Sustainability Award, the Sheikh Khalifa Educational Award, the Sheikh Khalifa International Prize for Dates and Agricultural Innovation, the Mohammed bin Zayed Award for Best Teacher, and Ikttar Company for the Development of Wild Wildlife Limited.
