The “Advanced” general general agrees to elect 9 members of the Board of Directors
The advanced petrochemical company announced the results of the 20th General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which was held on Tuesday. "Saudi Arabia trading": The results of the voting on the association’s agenda included:
1. Approval of the election of the members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which starts from 10/01/2025 AD and its duration is 4 years, and ends on 09/30/2029 AD. Abdullah Al -Saadan, M. Abdulaziz Al -Habardi, M. Nader Al -Dakhil, Khalifa Al -Mulhim, Walid Al -Jaafari, M, Abdul Latif Al -Mulhem, M. Muhammad Al -Mulhim, M. Arik Liz, M. Abdul Salam Al -Mazroua. Approval of the Board of Directors for the next session with the validity of the ordinary general assembly with the licensing contained in paragraph (1) of Article 27 of the companies system, for a period of one year from the date of approval of the General Assembly or until the end of the authorized board session, whichever is earlier, according to the conditions mentioned in the executive regulations of the system of companies for the included joint stock companies.
