He wanted to establish a construction contract worth 2.18 billion to construct the Madar Mall in Aida
Sharjah, September 18 / WAM / The Real Estate Development Company “wanted” established a major construction contract for the construction of Madar Mall in the Al -Ja’at community in Sharjah with a value of 2.18 billion dirhams. The construction contract includes building the entire commercial center with the start of work immediately and completing it in December 2028.
The Madar Mall, which has an area of 3.9 million feet, is the main attraction and the last stage of the Madar Family Entertainment Complex in Al -Jaad, designed by Za Hadid International Architecture Company.
Various facilities in Madar Mall extend over an area of 1.1 million square feet of the leased total area within three floors, and its facilities include cinemas from 11 width screens, skating ring, a main field that includes dance water fountains, a huge fitness center according to the highest international standards, a central monitoring tower with a roof restaurant, 80 dining and drink outlets, and more than 400 stores.
Ahmed Al -Khushbi, CEO of the Arad Group, said that the orbit of Mall is an important and important destination at the level of Sharjah and the Emirates as a whole, and thanks to its innovative design, various attractions, and the exceptional family experience it offers, this project will set a new standard for entertainment and integrated lifestyle.
For his part, Engineer Abdel Halim Moumah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Structural Engineering Company, which was chosen to construct the project, said that the Madar Mall will contribute to the redefinition of the shopping and entertainment scene in the UAE and we are looking to contribute to our extensive experience to ensure the construction of a major global -level shopping destination.
At the completion of 20 million visitors, Madar Mall will receive approximately avenue, which enhances the status of seriousness as the integrated multi -use society, the fastest growing in the Emirates, and enhances the reputation of Sharjah as a major center for culture, trade and family life.
