The Palestinian President will address the United Nations through the video after Washington deprived him of the visa

On Friday, the United Nations General Assembly for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, to participate in the video in the annual meetings of the UN organization next week in New York, after the United States deprived him of obtaining a visa.
Washington refused to grant visas to about 80 Palestinians, including Abbas, who were scheduled to participate in the meetings of the General Assembly, during which several countries are expected to recognize the State of Palestine.
