Alec Holding Company, which specializes in engineering and construction, announced today, Tuesday, the price scope of the offering of the offering, and the start of the subscription period in its initial public offering in the Dubai Financial Market.

The company set the price range for the offering between 1.35 and 1.40 dirhams per share, which means that the market value for it will range between 6.75 billion dirhams and seven billion dirhams.

Today, the subscription began with the initial offering and continues until September 30, as it includes both individuals (the first tranche), professional investors (the second tranche), and qualified employees in the “Alec” and Dubai Government Investment Corporation (third chip).

The company stated that a total of one billion ordinary shares will be offered, representing 20% ​​of its capital, with the Dubai Government Investment Corporation (the seller or iCD share) retains its right to increase the volume of offering at any time before the end of the subscription period according to its absolute estimate.

She explained that the final price of the offering is scheduled to be determined through the process of building the orders record, and it is expected to be announced on the first of next October.

The company expected the distribution of cash dividends worth 200 million dirhams in April 2026, and cash profits of 500 million dirhams for the fiscal year 2026, distributed in two batches in October of next year and April of 2027, which means that the profit distributions return for the fiscal year 2026 will go between 7.1% in the upper limit and 7.4% in the minimum level of the offering price.

She added that a policy for distributing profits is scheduled to be approved on a semi -annual basis in April and October each year, with a distribution of no less than 50% of the net profits achieved for that financial period, according to the approval of the Board of Directors and the availability of distributionable reserves.
