This came during the activities of the “Mohammed Bin Rashid Forum for Leaders”, the most prominent annual forum specialized in management and leadership, which was organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for the Preparation of Leaders with the participation of the most important 1,000 leadership figures from the government and private sectors in Dubai to discuss the administrative and future leadership to consolidate the best leadership and administrative practices, and to achieve the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him Dubai is the best city in the world.

The program was designed to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of the Emirati in the financial services sector, through a distinguished educational experience that combines global executive education, and to provide access to senior innovators and executives from the level of senior management, and the development of entrepreneurial mentality and the development of leadership skills.

The program targeted the citizens of the UAE between the ages of 25 and 35, who have a professional experience ranging from 5 to 10 years, including work in the financial sector, and the employees of the program were chosen based on a comprehensive evaluation of their leadership and financial competencies, based on a strong educational basis, as well as having team leadership skills or strategic projects management, and motivation to achieve success.

The first batch of the program was represented by 16 governmental and private entities, which are the Finance Department in the Dubai Government, Dubai Ports Group, Dubai Economic Security Center, Dubai Chambers, Dubai Authority for Integrated Economic Zones, Dubai Police, Emirates Airlines, Securities and Commodities Authority, Community Development Authority in Dubai, Emirates NBD, International Trade Bank, Dubai Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi First Bank, Mashreq Bank, Bank Ras Al Khaimah National, MasterCard.

During the program, the associates participated in an executive education course on innovation in financial services and targeted leadership, at Saeed Business Administration College, affiliated with the prestigious Oxford University in the United Kingdom.

During this visit, the associates learned about important topics that included financial technology, innovation in banking services, work ethics and compliance, preparation for artificial intelligence and transformations in the financial sector, digital financing, future leadership, and blockchain, and the participants also had the opportunity to meet a number of startups, to learn about the most prominent innovations and entrepreneurial ideas.
