400 job opportunities for citizens in the real estate sector

Next Monday, the Dubai Land and Property Department will organize the third edition of the “Real Estate Day for the Employment of Emiratis”, and the department stated that the event comes in line with the directives and vision of the wise leadership that the citizen is always at the forefront of its priorities and the axis of all growth plans.

About 80 real estate companies will participate in the “Real Estate Employment Day”, which provides more than 400 job opportunities for Emirati citizens looking for job opportunities in the real estate sector, from nine in the morning to five in the evening, at the Sky View Hotel in Dubai.

And “Dubai Land” pointed out that the event will be organized in cooperation with the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati cadres competitive council (Nafs), and the Community Development Authority, with the aim of attracting Emirati cadres and competencies to enter the real estate market.

It is noteworthy that «Dubai Land» said, last June, that it will apply a special motivational system for real estate brokerage companies that contribute to the employment of citizens, as these companies will obtain additional points that will raise their classification within the evaluation system approved by the department, which reflects positively on their competitive opportunities in the market, and the department explained that their step aims to stimulate the business environment and support the settlement of real estate professions.

The “Real Estate Day for the Employment of Emiratis 2024”, which was organized by the department last year, witnessed the participation of 53 real estate companies, which offered more than 300 job opportunities in various fields of the sector, and the event also witnessed a great turnout by citizens who wish to join work in the real estate sector.
