The 10th version of the exhibition "Enrichment" For employment, it will be launched tomorrow in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, September 29/ WAM/ The tenth edition of the “Etha” employment exhibition will be launched tomorrow, which is organized by the Emirates Financial Institute in cooperation with the Emirates Central Bank and the Competitiveness Council of the Emirati cadres “Nafs” and the government empowerment department.
Participating in the event, which is held in “Space 42 Arena” in Abu Dhabi over one day, is participating in the event, which includes major banks and financial technology, insurance, exchange and financing in the region.
The exhibition is a prominent station to attract national competencies and support the resettlement march in the financial sector, as it provides hundreds of various opportunities between full -time jobs, part -time jobs and flexible bids, as well as specialized training and qualification programs within the “Enrich” initiative, which aims to provide about 1900 job opportunities annually.
The exhibition also includes professional workshops and a suit for job guidance, aiming to provide job seekers with the required skills and enhance their opportunities in the financial labor market.
Marwan Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Emirates Financial Institute, said that an exhibition of enrichment for employment is a basic pillar within the national strategy to enhance Emiratization in the financial sector, in line with the vision of the rational leadership in building a sustainable knowledge economy.
He stressed the commitment to develop Emirati competencies and provide them with the future skills necessary to lead innovation and growth in this vital sector, which contributes to consolidating the state’s position as a global financial center.
The exhibition targets Emirati graduates of high school diplomas and bachelor’s degrees in the specialties of banking, insurance, finance, information technology and other related fields.
The exhibition aims to support the sustainability of growth in this vital sector by attracting qualified national cadres, and providing a stimulating work environment that supports productivity and competitiveness, in line with the ambitious goals of the UAE vision 2071.
