The Abu Dhabi Digital Government Strategy 2025-2027 accelerated the transformation to artificial intelligence

Abu Dhabi, September 30 / WAM / The Department of Governmental Empowerment – Abu Dhabi announced that it has approached access to the full operation in the application of artificial intelligence technologies at the level of all government departments, in a move that contributes to strengthening the government’s vision to re -innovate the method of providing government services to individuals, while preparing the department to reveal the “4.0” platform, during its participation in the “GITEX 2025” exhibition in October.
“4.0” is the latest government platform based on artificial intelligence in the world; It redefines the relationship between the government and society, through services designed to improve the experience of customers and provide integrated services in a proactive manner.
The platform is characterized by its ability to coordinate government services intelligently, and to provide them in a way that can be expected through automated learning techniques, in addition to providing them with a multi -language virtual assistant, which provides personal guidance commensurate with the needs of each customer.
The platform relies on addressing routine decisions, so that its results can be expected, such as approvals and compliance, which meets the completion of transactions with easier steps on dealers, and enables government employees to focus on value -added tasks.
His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al -Kitab, head of the Government Empowerment Department – Abu Dhabi, said that the goal is to build a government that is characterized by ease, intelligence and ability to respond, comparable to the technology that people use in their daily lives, as the platform “4.0” embodies this vision in a practical and clear way.
The Emirate of Abu Dhabi has published more than 100 cases of use of artificial intelligence among more than 40 government agencies, transmitting from experimental projects to the scope of full operational implementation, which reflects its ability to enhance efficiency in government jobs. These applications include providing services in a proactive manner, by following the daily stages of customers, activating government services associated with them automatically without the need to provide requests or forms, and immediately analysis of economic activities based on the laws and regulations in force, while providing immediate guidelines for compliance. Applications expect future needs and distributing tasks to employees more efficiently, as well as enabling customers to obtain government services easily, through more than fifteen languages.
The Government Empowerment Department – Abu Dhabi launched the workshops of artificial intelligence councils throughout the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, to simulate the traditional atmosphere of the Council, which is one of the foundations of societal communication in Emirati culture, which provides open and reliable spaces for dialogue; These societal platforms prepare citizens and residents of the digital future by exploring practical applications for artificial intelligence in daily life, and raising awareness of the responsible and moral use of artificial intelligence.
The platform for artificial intelligence, by mixing societal traditions with technological innovation, guarantees everyone, and all groups of society can participate in this transformation process.
The Abu Dhabi government is witnessing a qualitative shift at the level of the workforce, as it has completed more than 95% of its employees, who number more than 30 thousand employees and employees, comprehensive exercises on the use of artificial intelligence.
This wide -ranging effort enables new professional paths, and public service employees provide the skills necessary for prosperity in a future based on artificial intelligence, which ensures that technology is harnessing the public interest, while maintaining control and responsibility mainly within its operations.
The training program on technical skills merges methodologies for the responsible and moral application of artificial intelligence, and employees are prepared to use artificial intelligence tools and apply them in ways to improve public services around humans, and do not replace them. The Emirate of Abu Dhabi establishes new operational standards for transparent, moral and comprehensive adoption of artificial intelligence across the government in an integrated manner.
The government has also introduced new positions, including senior officials of digital technology and artificial intelligence, through all the departments of the Abu Dhabi government, where each official undertakes the task of paying the wheel of governance and innovation of artificial intelligence within his circle, which enhances the institutional structure, and establishes the approach of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in building public confidence, and develops artificial intelligence systematically through government jobs.
The Abu Dhabi Digital Government Strategy 2025-2027 aims to make the Emirate of Abu Dhabi the first leading government in artificial intelligence by 2027, through an investment of 13 billion dirhams. The emirate’s ambition embodies a perception of how to provide government services to individuals and contribute to supporting decision -making, providing valuable services to societies through a number of basic pillars, including the adoption of the sovereign cloud by 100%, integrating artificial intelligence in all services, supporting data -based decision -making operations, adopting a unified digital framework, and ensuring strong cyberspace security.
The digital strategy aims to create a unified digital structure that accomplishes the automation of operations and enhances efficiency through integrative partnerships with technology, creators and entrepreneurs. These foundations were able to provide smart, interconnected government services supported by artificial intelligence, and to look forward to the needs of citizens, residents and companies in a proactive manner.
