"This is a strong indication that legislative and organizational reforms in the port and infrastructure sector are a strong encouragement for companies, most of which come from the private sector. During recent years, the total value of investment contracts from the private sector has exceeded 20 billion riyals, which confirms the growth, prosperity and progress in this sector."
