“Nakheel” establishes a contract of 169 million dirhams in the Dubai Islands

The company, “Nakheel”, which is affiliated with “Dubai Holding Real Estate”, has announced the appointment of “Al -Nasr Contracting” company to implement the internal roads and basic facilities of the “Pay Villas” project in the Dubai Islands, according to a contract worth 169 million dirhams.

The scope of the project includes the development of an integrated road network that serves the residential community consisting of 636 units, with the implementation of an integrated infrastructure for basic services facilities, in a manner that ensures an integrated link between housing units, public spaces and main road networks in the islands, according to a statement issued yesterday.

Khaled Al -Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding for Real Estate, said: “I am happy to award this important contract in the (Pay Village) project on (Al -Nasr Contracting Company), especially as it represents a pivotal station in the development of the project, where the foundations for a luxurious residential community consisting of 636 housing units overlooking the waterfront, while ensuring the durability of infrastructure from the early stages.”

The owner added: “This strategic cooperation supports our vision in developing the Dubai Islands as a global beach interface, by providing smart transport networks that enrich the daily livelihood of the population, and stimulates the long -term real estate value of the project.”

For his part, Jean Nicola Al -Helou, CEO of Al -Nasr Contracting Company, said: “Our team will work completely with all the parties concerned, adhered to achieving the highest quality standards set by (Nakheel) to ensure the construction of a project that will become one of the most prominent residential and investment facades that embody modern living aspirations and promising investment in Dubai.”

The “Pay Villas” project includes “Town House” homes, semi -separate villas, as well as villas with gardens, luxury villas overlooking the waterfront and beach, within a connected environment in the style of resorts in the Dubai Islands, and this project is part of the vision of the comprehensive Dubai Islands, and supports Dubai Urban Plan 2040 by creating carefully planned residential complexes, public spaces, and ease of access to Facilities.
