Dubai Municipality reviews a group of its qualitative initiatives, comprehensive services and entertainment facilities designed according to best practices specifically to enhance the quality of the life of people of determination and ensure the provision of a sustainable environment that enables them to practice their daily lives easily and makes Dubai the best destination for people of determination in the world, during its participation in the seventh session of the exhibition “Expo with international determination” in the period between 6-8 October 2025 in the Dubai Center Global commercial.

The participation of the Dubai Municipality in the exhibition comes as a reflection of its comprehensive plans and strategies aimed at providing a comprehensive city that includes entertainment facilities and leading services integrating with the latest technologies, providing easy access and meets the needs of all residents and visitors of the city. It also embodies its commitment to enhancing the quality of the lives of people of determination, meeting their needs, empowering them and encouraging them to be creative and innovative, and supporting them in the fields of social, economic, family and practical life, to be influential and active individuals within society.

The Executive Director of the Public Utilities Foundation in the Dubai Municipality and the head of the integration and empowerment team of determination, Badr Anouhi, confirmed that the Expo Exhibition of International Defamation represents a qualitative platform provided by Dubai to gather the elite government and private institutions, and international experts and community members under a common goal is to provide smart solutions, technologies and innovative initiatives to support and empower those with determination.

A comprehensive beach experience

Gardens and accompanying international standards

Dubai Municipality qualified its major gardens, which include; Musharraf National Park, Al Khor Park, Zabeel Park, Al Safa Park, Al Mamzar Beach Park, and Quranic Park to suit the requirements of people of determination, as they provided corridors and entrances that facilitate the use of animated chairs, and provide them with “Braille” panels to help the blind, fixed games, toilets, and close positions of the facilities, to be a model for comprehensive gardens that enhance social and cultural integration according to The human rights principle of all groups of society. The facilities also contain quiet rooms for people with autism, as well as employees trained to communicate in sign language, to be 80% of public parks in the emirate friendly to people of determination, designed according to the highest comprehensive standards.

The Dubai Municipality has developed the Dubai Frame facilities to serve the owners of determination, providing them with a comfortable and safe environment, and an exceptional and comprehensive tourism experience. The services currently available in Dubai Frame include; Car parking for people of determination is equipped with cameras and sound service, paths surrounded by Rapezzils in the external area to facilitate their movement, charging points for wheelchairs in the reception area, mobile chairs inside the frame, and a scheme for Berraza Dubai in Braille to provide information in a way that suits the blind, and toilets.
