Hazza bin Zayed is witnessing the final competitions of Al Ain Festival for Camel Racing 2025

Al -Ain, on October 5 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the representative of the ruler in Al Ain region, witnessed the final competitions of Al Ain Festival for Camel Racing 2025, which was held today for the category of “Al -Haqeq” for a distance of 3 kilometers, in Al -Rawda Square in Al Ain.
The results of the competitions resulted in the victory of “Fakhr” by its owner, Suhail Hamad bin Qurain Al -Amiri, with the open Abkar Cup, achieving the first symbol of the festival, while “Al -Muj” won its owner Rashid Mohammed bin Maroush in the second half of the curls.
After the end of the race activities, His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan congratulated the winners of the distinguished performance, praising His Highness the competitive level witnessed by the runs, and the reflective of the participants’ keenness to contribute to the preservation of this sport, which is part of the ancient Emirati heritage.
His Highness affirmed the importance of Al Ain Festival for Camel Racing in the preservation of the original Emirati heritage and its preservation of generations, pointing to the role of this event in promoting the spirit of competition between the camel owners to achieve the best results, in line with the visions and directives of the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, aimed at supporting efforts to preserve the cultural and athletic heritage of the UAE and enhance his presence on all Levels.
His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan praised the success achieved by the first edition of the Al Ain Camel Racing Festival, pointing to His Highness to the distinctive level of organizational and wide participation, contrary to the status of this heritage sport among members of society and the interest of wise leadership in supporting and preserving it.

The Al -Nahyan, according to the continuous support of camel races and heritage sports, with the aim of consolidating its position among members of society, and ensuring its sustainability for future generations.
The closing competitions of the festival were attended by Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Presidential Air Authority, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Excellency Abdullah Mubarak Al -Muhairi, Acting Director General of the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, Director General of the Emirates Camel Racing Federation and a number of officials in the camel racing sector; A group of camel angel, lover, fans and followers of camel racing.
It is noteworthy that Al Ain Camel Racing Festival 2025 is organized by the Race Affairs Center and Camels, and the supervision of the Camel Racing Federation, in Al -Rawda Square in Al Ain region.
The festival included providing valuable prizes to the participants, as well as holding the sets of symbols at various ages.
