Declared The Real Estate Authority would register properties located in the real estate areas declared in In-kind registration.
In the event of failure to register within the specified period, statutory penalties are applied in accordance with Article 35 of the real estate registration system.
The declared areas include more than 170 neighborhoods in Riyadh, more than 250 neighborhoods in Diriyah, and more than 20 neighborhoods in Al-Muzahmiya.

The authority added that in-kind registration depends on accurate geospatial data. And modern technologies, and an electronic title deed is required to complete the registration process, noting the possibility of real estate owners who have not met the regulatory requirements for registration due to not having an electronic deed, submit a paper application through the electronic platform of the real estate registry, as the service enables them to provide reasons for not registering their properties during the announced registration period; With the aim of preserving rights and enhancing the principle of flexibility in real estate transactions in order to achieve the strategic goals of the real estate system.
