“Opportunities” attract 248 national competencies in the health sector in Dubai

The number of health professionals registered through the “Opportunities” portal in the electronic licensing system, “Arterial”, affiliated with the Dubai Health Authority, reached 248 health professionals, citizen looking for job opportunities in the health sector in the emirate, in a move that reflects the growing demand for the digital platform designated to link national competencies with the available job opportunities in health facilities.
According to a reading conducted by «Emirates Today» for the platform, the registered talent base includes a group of qualified Emirati competencies, which includes “consultants and doctors in various medical specialties, pharmacists, nurses and nurses, medical laboratories technicians, beauty and food specialists, and radiology technicians, highlighting the diversity of specializations and fields covered by the national medical staff.”
On the other hand, the platform witnessed an increasing interaction of health services providers in the emirate, who seek to attract competencies from health professionals to meet their job needs, as the number of vacant jobs on the platform reached 125 various vacancies.
The vacancies offered included various medical specialties, including the heart, bones, eyes, women, obstetrics, and teeth, as well as consultants, specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and technicians in various medical fields.
The Dubai Health Authority confirmed that the “Opportunities” portal represents an innovative digital platform linking job seekers of health professionals with health institutions and facilities in the emirate through an easy -to -use interface, allowing the display, presentation and tracking of jobs electronically, which contributes to enhancing transparency and efficiency and accelerating employment in the health sector, and the portal also aims to support the health labor market, attract competencies and enhance Dubai’s position as a global center For health care.
She explained that the portal comes within the Dubai vision for the development of an integrated and sustainable health sector, which depends on technology and innovation, noting that the platform contributes to supporting Emiratization policies in the private health sector, by enabling national competencies to enroll in various areas of medical work.
The commission indicated that the “Opportunities” portal provides four main advantages for individuals from health professionals looking for work, and includes “the ease of searching for job opportunities by reaching all health vacancies from one place, and direct communication with health institutions without intermediaries, which shortens time and procedures, and contributes to providing various opportunities that suit new graduates and experienced alike, and enhance opportunities to employ national competencies in the private health sector, in a way that supports goals Emiratization.
