"Human resources and Emiratisation" Showcasing its digital innovations in "GITEX 2025"

Dubai, 10 October / WAM / The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation is participating in the GITEX Global 2025 exhibition with a group of advanced digital projects and services supported by artificial intelligence, reflecting its commitment to enhancing the work environment and facilitating the customer experience in line with the digital government trends and the zero-bureaucracy programme.

During its participation, the Ministry is presenting the “Work Package” project, which allows the provision of proactive services to customers, and the completion of services by requesting information once, through a unified electronic platform, a unified request, and a single payment channel, canceling visits and reducing attachments and fields to complete transactions. It includes three main packages, which are the establishments package, the citizen package, and the helper workers package.

It also presented the “Ask the Data” project, which is a system based on artificial intelligence techniques, which enables the Ministry’s employees to explore the digital integrations catalog (API Catalog) in a smooth and interactive way, where the employee can ask inquiries about the data available through more than 100 linking interfaces and thousands of fields (Attributes) that are exchanged, linking requirements, and other technical information, to obtain answers. Immediate and accurate, which supports the development of services, analysis processes and studies.

Visitors to the Ministry’s pavilion will see “Ain”, which is a smart system that processes work permit applications automatically, without human intervention except in exceptional cases, where artificial intelligence technologies verify documents such as identity cards, passports and employment contracts, or any documents required to issue a work permit, and approval is made based on automated analysis using Regula OCR and Azure AI Vision technologies.

The project contributes to accelerating administrative procedures, reducing errors, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and achieving tangible results in accelerating the process of completing transactions, obtaining high-quality documents, reducing operational costs, efficiently ensuring the accuracy and validity of documents, and reducing human errors.

The Ministry is presenting the Artificial Intelligence Project, “Foreseeing Future Professions and Skills,” as it allows strengthening the UAE’s capabilities in labor market planning by enabling the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization to predict future workforce needs based on economic trends, employer demand, and changing requirements for skills.

The project includes many features that enhance standards of competitiveness and efficiency in the labor market, through its ability to analyze integrated, multi-source data that includes active vacancies, direct job advertisements, and user inputs, in addition to being a unified platform that provides monitoring panels and scenario planning, and its ability to dynamically classify jobs to link jobs to skills, as it is continuously updated, and contains artificial intelligence insights. To support educational and career decisions.

The Ministry is presenting the “Smart Safety Monitor Project”, which aims to facilitate the process of monitoring and implementing health and safety standards in the workplace. This project relies on Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and advanced computer vision technologies to automatically detect safety violations from images taken during field tours conducted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

It also displays in its pavilion within the federal government platform the “MOHRE smart application, which provides all services for establishments, their employees, and auxiliary workers in a fully intelligent manner enhanced by artificial intelligence, big data, and smart data panels.”

The Ministry’s smart application has witnessed successive developments and modifications, to become an integrated platform for services, providing customers with the ability to conduct all transactions easily and safely and keeping them proactively informed of the status of their establishments and workers in order to ensure that they are not exposed to fines or violations, in addition to enabling workers to learn about their rights and duties and communicate with the Ministry directly.
