Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education: The UAE empowers children with digital knowledge consciously and responsibly
Abu Dhabi, March 14 / WAM / His Excellency Engineer Mohammed Al Qasim, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, stressed that empowering children with digital knowledge has today become a basic necessity for building knowledge societies capable of innovation and competition globally.
He said that Emirati Children’s Day embodies the UAE’s approach to building humanity, noting that the slogan “The Right to Digital Knowledge” for this national occasion embodies the UAE’s approach towards preparing generations who possess the tools of the future and are able to deal with modern technologies with awareness and responsibility.
His Excellency explained that the Ministry of Education is working to consolidate this right by developing digital curricula, promoting programming and artificial intelligence education, and providing a modern educational environment that allows students to access digital knowledge sources, which contributes to preparing a creative generation qualified to lead the economy of the future.
