"Stand up" Investment opportunities in Ras Al Khaimah are reviewed during the Turkish-Arab Economic Forum

Ras Al Khaimah, October 10 / WAM / The Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zones Authority (RAKZ) participated as an official sponsor of the Turkish-Arab Economic Forum in its sixteenth edition, which was held in Istanbul as part of its commitment to enhancing cross-border economic cooperation.
The forum brought together an elite group of business leaders, government officials and investors from across the region, thus representing a strategic platform for strengthening economic relations and developing investment dialogue between Türkiye and the Arab world.
RAKEZ highlighted the attractiveness of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah for Turkish investments, reviewing the easy regulatory environment, advanced infrastructure, and strategic geographical location that links regional and global markets. This comes in light of the rapid growth in trade relations between the UAE and Turkey, as the volume of bilateral trade exchange reached 18.9 billion US dollars in 2024, an annual increase of 40% It reflects the strong momentum and increasing interest of Turkish companies in expanding towards the UAE.

In a keynote speech, Rami Jallad, CEO of RAKEZ Group, reviewed the most prominent features of the process of economic diversification and infrastructure development in Ras Al Khaimah, touching on the ease of establishing businesses in the emirate, the promising opportunities in various sectors, and the strategic role that Ras Al Khaimah plays as an ideal starting point for Turkish companies wishing to expand globally.

Türkiye is one of the main markets within the RAKEZ investment network, as the economic zone embraces more than 470 Turkish companies active in various fields, including consulting, general trade, e-commerce, building materials, chemicals, and manufacturing.
The RAKEZ delegation carried out a special promotional tour the day after the forum, during which it met with a number of investors and representatives of priority economic sectors in Turkey, such as building materials, chemicals, food trade, mechanical and engineering equipment, ready-made textiles, pearls, precious stones, minerals, mineral fuels, oil, and distillation products. The two parties discussed ways of future cooperation, in a way that enhances partnership opportunities. It confirms the common trend towards establishing long-term investment relations between Türkiye and the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
