Hair is a woman’s crown, and caring for it is not limited only to appearance, but rather reflects a real concern for health and beauty. Whether your hair is long or short, fine or curly, regular care makes it more vibrant and shiny. Here are simple steps and tips to take care of your hair:

1. Clean hair first

Wash your hair two to three times a week to avoid dryness caused by excessive washing.

Choose a shampoo suitable for your hair type (oily – dry – normal).

Do not use very hot water, as it weakens the hair follicles and leads to breakage.

2. Deep moisturizing

Use a nourishing conditioner after every wash, focusing on the ends of the hair.

Once a week, apply a natural mask such as: coconut oil, honey with yogurt, or argan oil.
3. Avoid bad habits

Do not comb your hair while it is completely wet, as it is more susceptible to breakage.

Use a special shampoo if you swim a lot, to protect your hair from chlorine and salt.
