“TAM”: Anwar Youssef resigned from the position of CEO and appointed Firas Al-Matrafi


Company Board of Directors approved "Completely developmental"dated April 14, 2026, accepting the resignation of Abdullah Anwar Muhammad Yousef from his position as CEO of the company, and considering it effective from April 15, 2026, provided that he continues his role as a member of the Board of Directors and a managing director, where he will contribute to supporting the transition to the new leadership, while providing strategic direction and supervision, in a way that enhances the company’s alignment with its long-term vision and priorities in creating sustainable value.

The Board of Directors also decided, in line with the company’s strategic growth objectives, Based on the recommendation of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, Firas bin Ghazi bin Ibrahim Al-Matrafi was appointed CEO of the company, effective April 15, 2026.

The company added: "Under the leadership of the new CEO, TAM Development is working to continue strengthening its organizational structure to enable scaling of these solutions, accelerating the pace of implementation, and taking advantage of strategic opportunities in priority sectors."
