المملكة: Social Security.. Steps to file a financial complaint due to a lack of support amount

The Social Security platform has specified the steps for filing a financial complaint due to the lack of the amount of support provided by the program.

To file a financial complaint due to the pension being less than the correct value based on the conditions and standards or as it appears in the pension value calculator during the regular period, therefore, the beneficiary must submit the complaint within 30 days from the 10th of each month by entering the platform:

  • Select tickets
  • Create a new ticket
  • Choose appropriate fields
  • Choose a classification " Financial complaint"
  • Refund
  • Fill out the required fields, stating the reason for the objection and specifying the amount and the number of courses included in it
  • Attach supporting documents
  • Enter description "Explanation of the complaint"
  • Press "construction"
  • The financial complaint has been submitted successfully
Classification of Empowerment Beneficiaries

Social Security beneficiaries are classified into empowerment tracks based on Their registered data, to determine the most appropriate path for each beneficiary.
The classifications include:

A qualifyable beneficiary

who needs training and qualification to develop his skills so that he can work later.

An ineligible beneficiary

whose health or social conditions do not allow him to participate in empowerment programs.

A workable beneficiary

Eligible to work Directly, and directs to Refusing to confirm dependency of the breadwinner by one of the dependents unintentionally in the social security programs. The dependent can be deleted and added again through the unified file.
After the success of the addition, the dependent can enter the platform and agree to join the family easily.
